Team

A good concept, a sustainable architecture, and the choice of the right technology are important prerequisites for a successful project. But leading a project to success without a capable and motivated team is hard. We uncover possible knowledge gaps and help you in the goal-oriented advancement of your developers. We purposefully nurture employees of all levels of qualification, no matter whether they are beginners or lateral entrants, trainees or graduates. We help experienced developers prepare for new roles and tasks, for instance as lead developer, architect, or team lead. Building a Development Team

A successful online retailer wanted to build a new development team in the process of a technology change. We supported the company's CTO in staffing the new team and with the initial definition of the development process. As external coaches we took on the roles of architect and lead developer during the kick-off phase.

Through goal-oriented know-how transfer we furthered the technical skills, enhanced the role profiles, and helped the developers finding their work process. Through regular reviews and feedback loops we ensured that the development is aligned with the defined quality goals and that readable and maintainable program code is written.

A Breath of Fresh Air

The development team of a midsize company had worked on a new software platform for a couple of years and successfully put it into production. The motivation of the developers was to be improved and the team to be prepared for the company's international expansion.

A review of existing code helped us understand the former way of thinking and working of the developers. We analysed the potential of individual developers. We worked out a concept for targeted training measures to prepare them for new task in a dialogue with the customer.
