What is new in PHP?

Every year at the end of the year, a new version of PHP is released with a multitude of innovations, extensions and simplifications for everyday programming. In this training, we will present in a compact way what has happened in the PHP project in the past year, what innovations the new version brings, and what changes have happened under the hood.

Not only are the motivation and purpose of the new language features discussed and critically analysed, but it is also explained how to prepare one's application for the migration.
